Professor Campbell was appointment Professor in year 2000 and visiting Consultant in radiation and clinical oncology - UDUTH in 2016 after completing his undergraduate studies (General Medicine) from Rostov- On- Don Medical Institute, Rostov- On- Don, Russia (1967- 1974), postgraduate (Radiation & Clinical Oncology) studies in Institute of Radiotherapeutics and Oncology, Glasgow, Scotland. (1977- 1978) and Department of Radiation Oncology, University of Edinburgh, Scotland (1978- 1980).
