Mrs Rebecca Oluwaseun Oke is a native of Inisha, Osun State, Nigeria.

She had her primary and secondary education from Olorunlabake Nursery and Primary School, Osogbo and St. Marks Commercial High School, Osogbo respectively.

Mrs Oke graduated with Bachelor of Nursing Science (BNSc), Ladoke Akintola University of Technology, Ogbomoso, Oyo State. She holds two masters; Nursing with sub-specialty in Maternal and Child Health, University of Ghana, Legon, Accra, and Curriculum and Instruction, Ekiti State University, Ado-Ekiti, Nigeria.

Mrs Oke is a PhD student at the Department of Nursing, University of Fort Hare, East London, South Africa.

Mrs Oke is currently a lecturer at the Department of Nursing Science, Ekiti State University, Ado-Ekiti.
She is a registered Nurse, Midwife and a Public Health Nurse.

She is a seasoned educationist having undergone the post graduate diploma in education training at the Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife and became registered with the N&MCN as a Midwife Educator in the Osun State School of Midwifery, Osogbo.

She is a member of National Association of Nigeria Nurses and Midwives, University Graduate of Nursing Science Association, National Association of Nigerian Nurse Educators, Academic Staff Union of University, National Association of Women in Academics.

She loves writing, reading, travelling and married with children.
